These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website at digitcalls.com and the Digitcalls service operated by Digit Calls Limited (VAT registration number 442165611). By using the service you agree to be bound by these terms.

The service

Digitcalls provides browser-based AI tools for editing photographs, including object removal, background removal, enhancement and upscaling. We work hard to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Your account and access

Access to the full product is granted following a one-off payment. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity carried out from your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Digitcalls to process images you do not have the right to use, to produce material that is illegal, deceptive, defamatory or infringing, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may issue a refund at our discretion if you contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and the service has been used in a limited way.

Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the photographs you upload. We retain all rights to the Digitcalls software, brand and content on digitcalls.com.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Digit Calls Limited will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
